However today in modern society we are becoming evermore specialized and detailed in ways that never previously existed and the hockey world is no different. It has taken Tate decades to navigate through and build an extensive network of skills and contacts that he has been able to provide players with a multitude of options to achieve Pathways of Potential. All aspects around the game have also become more specialized as well. Training techniques, the athletes themselves, the hockey IQ, and nutrition are all key components that players from previous generations may never have had access to or envisioned as key elements to achieving their goals. Tate brings a depth of experience as a highly respected development coach, mentor, and scout to assess the best pathway of potential for each individual player. From this analysis TP1 can tailor the program and coaching that will help the player maximize their full potential by developing and building the tools for them to achieve success. TP1 can personalize an individual player program suited to the desire, goals, and objectives they have defined for themselves. Tate has seen that the game of hockey has many routes and not all of these lead to the NHL. There are however many other various other options which may provide other important goals and objectives that can be achieved through hockey. Through Tate’s network and training these options can provide access to CHL careers, NCAA Division 1 scholarships, professional hockey careers in worldwide leagues including in some cases the NHL. Should a player reach the pinnacle of the hockey world in the NHL, TP1 can provide seamless service in representation and contract negotiations and arbitration services as well.
