Tate Philips brings his experience as a former professional hockey player in Europe and years of coaching and developing young elite level, CHL and NHL caliber players and stars reach their highest hockey potential and performance. For over 25 years of his proven player development and mentoring Tate has successfully guided players at elite levels achieve their fullest potential and reach their ultimate goals in both the Men’s and Women’s game of hockey. Tate has guided and developed players and focus their highest player potential with success and results in winning Stanley Cups, Conn Smythe, Selke, Calder, Lady Byng, and Maurice Richard trophies as well as Olympic Gold medals! Tate’s proven successes with player development and mentoring as well as his established hockey network of relationships made the next evolution in the sport specific development and representation seem inevitable.
